WELL Certification is widely regarded as the world’s leading certification programme focused on the relationship between buildings, organisational practices and human health and wellbeing. A & L Goodbody (ALG) achieved WELL Platinum, the highest-level certification, following the return to its redeveloped headquarters building at 25 NWQ, Dublin in 2025. ALG is one of only nine organisations in Ireland to achieve WELL Platinum.

We’re delighted to achieve WELL Platinum, as it externally validates the importance we place on health and wellbeing in ALG.”

To achieve WELL Certification, organisations are scored across ten concepts, such as air, water and light quality, movement and sound, and mind and community. Certification is based on a comprehensive framework of evidence-based design, operational and policy strategies aimed at enhancing the health, wellbeing and performance of people in buildings.
