Lawyer trio head to New York in aid of charity
Three Belfast lawyers are set to hit the streets of the Big Apple in a bid to raise £10,000 for charity.
Richard Greene QC, 52 and solicitors Gerard McNamara, 44 and Paul Pierce, 50 will be swapping the courtroom for New York’s five boroughs next month as they undertake one of the world’s most famous marathons in aid of Action Cancer.
The run will be Paul’s first marathon. The KRW Law partner said: “I’m trying to meet the challenge of running my first marathon as I approach the ripe old age of 50.
“But ultimately this is just about trying to raise money for a good cause.”
