The Minister of State for International Law, Law Reform and Youth Justice, Catherine Ardagh, has informed the 15th UN Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice that countries must step up cooperation efforts in order to address increasingly sophisticated criminal networks. Addressing the eve
