Beyond Surviving is a survivor-led Irish charity supporting survivors of domestic, sexual, and gender-based violence.

We’re looking for a part-time Fundraising & Partnerships Coordinator to help us grow our fundraising pipeline, strengthen donor relationships, and build the sustainable income that allows our critical work to continue and grow.

This is a practical, part-time, flexible role working closely with our CEO.

Role details

• 12 hours per week
• Home-based, in Ireland
• Regular in-person meetings with the CEO
• Occasional attendance at fundraising meetings/events

We’d love to hear from people with experience in: fundraising, sales, marketing, PR, partnerships, or business development, especially those who are excited by the chance to support a small, mission-driven organisation.

You’ll be helping to:

• identify funding opportunities
• draft applications and donor communications
• maintain a clear funding pipeline
• support donor stewardship and follow-up
