Mr Gill has been appointed solicitor in the firm’s litigation and insolvency department, advising clients across a wide spectrum of insolvency and litigation matters in a range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency and corporate recovery law.

He also advises international lending institutions, property developers, private equity companies on a wide variety of transactions involving restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency.

Commenting on the appointments, managing partner James Sherwin said: “We are delighted to welcome both Deirdre and Austin to the firm. Both of them bring great energy and expertise to the teams and their combined experience in their areas are a significant addition to our practice.”
