Ronan Daly Jermyn appoints Simon Lynch as partner

Ronan Daly Jermyn has announced that Simon Lynch has joined the firm as a partner in its Property and Real Estate Finance practice in Dublin.

Mr Lynch has over a decade of experience advising developers, lenders and equity investors in all aspects of financing, secured lending and property investment.

Prior to joining RDJ, he was a team leader in the residential development delivery team within NAMA where he was responsible for devising site strategies, alternative delivery options (licence agreements and joint ventures) and originating significant facilities for large-scale developments.
