Ronan Daly Jermyn is advising a UK-based company on its move into Ireland through the acquisition of the former Coca-Cola bottling plant in Cork.

Future Generation aims to transform the disused site into a flagship 600-bed student accommodation scheme.

Finance and property partner Brendan Cunningham and tax partner Mark Barrett are leading the Ronan Daly Jermyn team on the deal.

The planned scheme is set to become Cork’s largest single student accommodation development.
