Solicitors at Ronan Daly Jermyn have visited the construction site of a €90 million office development on Albert Quay in Cork.
The firm is advising O’Callaghan Properties on the development, which will include four signature buildings with 310,000 sq ft of fourth generation office space, designed to Gold LEED standards.
Solicitors in the firm’s property and banking team are advising in connection with the development and the letting of the site.
