Phoenix Law secure visa for Gaza student

Phoenix Law have announced that their client, Hafez Alrayyes, a Gaza student awarded a fully funded scholarship to study Engineering at Trinity College Dublin, has had his Irish study visa refusal overturned following a legal challenge.
A spokesperson for Phoenix Law said: “Despite the devastating circumstances in Gaza, Hafez’s determination to pursue his education has prevailed.
“We are proud to have represented Hafez in challenging this refusal and fighting for his right to access the education he has worked so hard to achieve.”
