Philip Lee LLP has expanded its US team with the recruitment of Walker Stanovsky as counsel.
Mr Stanovsky joins the firm’s climate projects group and brings more than 10 years’ experience advising clients across the carbon, climate, and clean energy sectors.
His practice spans voluntary and compliance carbon markets, climate project development, carbon credit transactions, and the legal and regulatory frameworks that shape climate solutions.
He has advised on matters including cap-and-invest rulemaking, soil carbon investments, novel carbon removal credit structures, 24/7 clean energy transactions, and corporate climate strategy and reporting.
“Walker’s deep sector knowledge and thoughtful, commercial approach will be a tremendous asset to our clients and our growing US practice,” the firm said in a statement.
