Online booking system rolled out to family law office

Appointments must now be scheduled in advance of visiting the office for non-urgent matters by visiting the appointment service website.

The Courts Service said the change, part of a gradual nationwide rollout, will reduce waiting times and allow people to visit the office at a date and time that suits them.

It does not affect the walk-in service for appointments under the domestic violence legislation.
