Eoin Hamill has been promoted to partner in Ogier’s banking and finance team.
Mr Hamill advises issuers, arrangers and managers on a broad range of securitisation structures (both public and private) across a number of asset classes including commercial mortgages, residential mortgages, auto loans, CLOs and non-performing loans.
He also has considerable experience across fund finance, real estate finance, asset-based lending and trade receivables financings.
Ogier said Mr Hamill’s promotion adds strength in depth to the firm’s growing structured finance service offering in Ireland, which welcomed new partner Richard Kelly in November 2024.
Ireland practice partner John Hogan said: “We are delighted that Eoin has joined the Ogier partnership. His promotion is well deserved and reflects his talent and significant contribution to our banking and finance services.
“We’ve been developing and strengthening our structured finance services in response to client demand and Eoin’s expertise and experience in this space has been invaluable.”
Mr Hamill said: “I am excited to continue my career with Ogier as a partner.
“I am grateful to the firm for its support in my personal development and I look forward to this exciting next chapter as Ireland continues to develop its reputation as a premier hub for structured finance.”
