O'Dowd Solicitors opens third Cork office

Mícheál O’Dowd

O’Dowd Solicitors has opened a new office in Carrigaline, its third location in Cork alongside Fermoy and Glanmire.

The firm, which has also unveiled a refreshed website, has said it is meeting rising client demand across South Cork.

Carrigaline is now the largest town in County Cork with 18,239 people (Census 2022) and one of the State’s “youngest” large towns — key indicators of sustained local growth and service demand.

Managing partner Mícheál O’Dowd said: “South Cork has changed dramatically in the past five years. Our Carrigaline office brings specialist legal expertise closer to where clients live and work — with the clarity, pace and personal service people expect.

“The new website makes it easier to get answers and move matters forward, fast.”

He added: “People want straight answers, realistic timelines and zero surprises on costs. Our expansion and website relaunch are about delivering that experience consistently across Cork.”

O’Dowd Solicitors serves individuals, families, and businesses across property and conveyancing, family law, wills and probate, personal injury, commercial and agricultural property, data protection and trademarks.

Mr O’Dowd was recently featured as our Lawyer of the Month for October 2025.
