She succeeds Kailash Chada, group CEO of Phoenix Energy, who has completed his term after a year in the role.

With more than 25 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer in Belfast and Dublin, Ms Quigley brings significant expertise to the position. She joined Carson McDowell as a Partner in 2010 and served as senior partner from 2019 to 2026, overseeing a period of substantial growth during which the legal firm’s turnover increased by more than 60 per cent.

Ms Quigley said: “At a time of both challenge and opportunity for our economy, I am excited to take on the Presidency of NI Chamber. Business has a critical role to play in shaping the kind of economy and society we want to see in Northern Ireland. 

“I believe strongly that it can be a force for good, driving prosperity, supporting communities and leading positive change.

“Stepping into this role, I am motivated by the opportunity to work alongside member businesses that are driving real impact across our economy and supporting NI Chamber to elevate Northern Ireland’s business voice at a national and international level.”
