MHC appoints Frank O’Flynn as corporate partner

Dublin law firm Mason Hayes & Curran (MHC) has announced the appointment of Frank O’Flynn as a partner in its corporate team.

Mr O’Flynn advises Irish and international businesses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations and fundraisings.

He also has significant experience as an energy and projects lawyer and has advised on the development, financing and operation of energy and infrastructure projects for over twenty years.

He acted for Activision Blizzard in its $5.9bn recommended offer by way of scheme of arrangement for King Digital Entertainment, one of the largest deals in the history of the interactive entertainment industry.

Prior to joining Mason Hayes & Curran, Frank was a partner in another Irish corporate law firm. He has also worked as an energy and project finance lawyer with leading UK and US firms.
