McDowell Purcell advises on acquisition of Wexford food service company

McDowell Purcell recently advised on the acquisition of Scallans Food Service Limited by established food distributor Dublin Food Sales.

This transaction involved the purchase of a Wexford-based and family-owned food wholesale business from Thomas and Graham Scallan.

The business will continue to operate from its current location with a view to expand their presence across the South-East Region.

The law firm’s team included corporate and commercial partner Feilim O’Caoimh, commercial property partner Breen Purcell, and corporate and commercial associate Conor Folan.
