Brendan Murphy

Since joining the firm nearly two decades ago as a trainee, Mr Murphy has built a distinguished career advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and disposals, alternative capital investment transactions, joint-ventures and re-organisations.

As senior corporate partner, he has played a central role in many of the firm’s most significant corporate transactions.

He is a trusted adviser to boards and executive teams across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on infrastructure, real estate, construction, engineering, financial services and healthcare.

Mr Murphy succeeds Stephen FitzSimons, who has led the group since 2020 and will continue as a partner at the firm.
