McCann FitzGerald LLP appoints Sarah McCague as partner

McCann FitzGerald LLP has announced that Sarah McCague has been appointed as partner in their litigation & dispute resolution group, with effect from 5 October 2026.
Ms McCague joins the pensions & incentives practice in the firm, bringing experience advising trustees, employers and other stakeholders across the public and private sectors on complex regulatory and governance matters. Her expertise spans scheme governance, compliance, restructuring and liability management, as well as employee benefits issues arising in corporate transactions. She is a past chair of the Association of Pensions Lawyers in Ireland and is a regular speaker on pensions and charity law.
