Mason Hayes & Curran appoints three partners and seven of counsel

Mason Hayes & Curran has promoted three lawyers to partner and seven to of counsel.
The business law firm’s new partners are Andrew Gill in the debt capital markets and financial services team, Conor O’Leary in the dispute resolution and built environment teams, and Micheál McCarthy in the data and technology team.
Mr Gill advises clients on a broad range of structured finance transactions encompassing all asset types. He also advises clients entering into derivatives transactions.
He is a graduate of University College Dublin and dual-qualified in Irish and English law, with both private practice and in-house experience.
Mr O’Leary works on high-value commercial disputes, particularly structural defect litigation. He also advises on complex investigations, often involving cybercrime or regulatory action.
He is a graduate of University College Dublin (BCL) and University College Cork (LLM) and is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
Mr McCarthy advises some of the world’s leading technology companies on regulatory investigations, cybersecurity, and the development of new and innovative products and technologies. He regularly advises on novel topics at the intersection of law and new technology.
He is a graduate of Dublin City University and a member of the Law Society of Ireland.
The new of counsel are Aimée Lenehan, Caroline Fitzpatrick, David Hickey, Jane O’Neill and Katie McAuliffe in the medical law and healthcare teams, Avril Daly in the employment and technology team and Eimear O’Brien in the dispute resolution and food and beverage teams (where she works predominantly in the area of intellectual property).
