Mason Hayes & Curran appoints new London office head

Dublin-based firm Mason Hayes & Curran (MHC) has appointed Graeme Bell as the new head of the firm’s London office.

Mr Bell is a partner in the firm’s corporate team and specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and insolvency. He advises clients across a variety of sectors with particular expertise in the areas of energy and technology.

He joined the firm in 2016, having previously practised with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld in London and New York and before that with Ashurst in London and Frankfurt.
