Mason Hayes & Curran appoints new head of financial services

Mason Hayes & Curran has announced the appointment of William Carmody as the firm’s new head of financial services.

Mr Carmody, who joined the firm in 2002, takes over the key post from Christine O’Donovan, who will continue in her role as head of the firm’s international asset finance team.

The firm’s financial services team works with financial institutions and corporates on secured corporate lending, complex debt restructuring, project finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, commercial real estate finance, structured finance (including debt capital markets) and Irish law issues in multi-jurisdictional finance transactions.

Declan Black, managing partner at Mason Hayes & Curran, said: “We are delighted to announce Will’s appointment as Head of our Financial Services team.
