Mason Hayes & Curran appoints new dispute resolution partner

Mason Hayes & Curran (MHC) has announced the appointment of Colin Monaghan as a partner in the firm’s dispute resolution team.

He specialises in commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on banking litigation, financial regulatory disputes, competition litigation, technology disputes, commercial property disputes, mergers and acquisitions litigation, shareholder disputes, and negligence claims.

Mr Monaghan advises a wide variety of clients including financial institutions, statutory and Government entities, private and public companies, as well as individuals.

Mr Monaghan also lectures and tutors in commercial litigation at the Law Society of Ireland. Before joining the firm, he was a partner with another large Dublin law firm.
