Mason Hayes & Curran appoints new dispute resolution partner

Dublin firm Mason Hayes & Curran has announced the appointment of Peter Johnston as a partner in the firm’s dispute resolution team.

Mr Johnston works in commercial litigation, mediation and related advisory work and has extensive experience in the resolution of disputes through the Irish Courts, including the Commercial Court.

He has a wide range of experience in corporate disputes, in particular multi-jurisdictional contractual and tortious disputes in a variety of matters, including advising underwriters, brokers and individuals with regard to assorted indemnity claims.

The former senior associate has extensive experience of advising clients in matters involving financial litigation and acts for a number of professional advisory firms, in particular accountancy firms, in defence of a variety of professional negligence claims.
