Mason Hayes & Curran promotes Karol Fox to banking partner

Mason Hayes & Curran has announced the promotion of Karol Fox from senior associate to partner in the firm’s banking team.
Mr Fox works with international and domestic clients on a range of banking transactions including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, trade finance, commercial real estate development finance and corporate restructuring.
He has significant experience of multi-jurisdictional finance transactions and regularly advises foreign corporates, lenders and law firms on Irish banking law.
Commenting on his appointment, William Carmody, head of banking & financial services at Mason Hayes & Curran, said: “I am pleased to announce Karol’s appointment as a partner, which both complements the existing strengths of the team and also now further increases our resources and capacity to provide clients with responsive, innovative and creative legal advice and solutions in relation to their complex financing requirements.”

A graduate of UCD Sutherland School of Law, Mr Fox regularly delivers in-house training in Irish banks.
