Mason Hayes & Curran appoints Brian McElligott as IP partner

Mr McElligott advises clients from a range of sectors including food, beverage, energy, agriculture, pharma, med-tech and eHealth on effective IP development and protection strategies.

Mr McElligott is a registered Irish and EU trade mark and design agent and former chair of the Licensing Executives Society of Ireland and the Irish branch of the Anti-Counterfeiting Group.

He was previously a senior associate at another major Dublin law firm.
