LK Shields welcomes three new partners through merger with Kilroys Solicitors

Ms Griffin practices corporate and commercial law with a particular focus on corporate compliance and governance, mergers and acquisitions, company takeovers, reconstructions and amalgamations, corporate restructuring and insolvency, shareholder agreements, investment and subscription agreements and commercial dispute resolution.

Mr Jones practices in commercial litigation and has wide experience in litigating matters including, in particular, dealing with disputes before the Commercial Court. He has crisis managed multi-disciplinary teams dealing with complex and time critical statutory and regulatory tribunals and proceedings. He has represented clients in actions taken by and against regulators and has advised on all aspects of white collar crime.

Mr Ryan practices in the areas of commercial and private property, commercial leases, information technology law and public tendering law. His work for private clients includes advising on residential property transactions, estate law and practice and succession planning and trusts.
