Lisa Joyce joins Mason Hayes & Curran

Mason Hayes & Curran has announced the appointment of Lisa Joyce as a partner in its Public & Administrative Law team.
 
Ms Joyce primarily advises public and regulatory bodies, professional disciplinary bodies and private clients on dispute avoidance and management in the regulatory sphere.
 
This includes advising on judicial review proceedings, statutory appeals and applications as well as statutory investigations and inquiries.
 
She has advised the Central Bank of Ireland on key contentious matters of financial regulatory law; the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) on an ongoing basis in relation to its implementation and administration of sustainable energy schemes. This includes representing SEAI in defending statutory appeals against its regulatory decisions pursuant to these schemes.
