McCann Fitzgerald LLP, A&L Goodbody and RDJ LLP are among the top 10 highest-scoring Irish firms based on how likely they are to be recommended by their clients, alongside Matheson LLP, Beauchamps LLP and Arthur Cox.

The scores come from responses to a question posed to all clients in Legal 500’s annual research: - “On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend this firm?

This data is used to calculate a net promoter score for each firm, a widely used client service metric to assess customer satisfaction, allowing firms to be benchmarked against each other.

The analysis draws on close to 10,000 client responses, meaning the data offers a unique insight into the firms which are most highly regarded by the businesses and individuals who use them.

The top ten are as follows:

4. Matheson LLP
5. Beauchamps LLP
6. Arthur Cox
7. Mason Hayes & Curran
8. William Fry LLP
9. Addleshaw Goddard
