Aaron McKenna
Aaron McKenna is a practising solicitor specialising in civil litigation and family law.
He began his legal career as a trainee solicitor with O’Mara Geragthy McCourt Solicitors in 2001, where he worked primarily in civil litigation and employment law under James McCourt, now a Circuit Court Judge, and Ciarán O’Mara.
Aaron qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and established his own practice in 2009, with his principal office located in Ashbourne, Co Meath, and a branch office in Dublin 2.
Aaron has been an active contributor to the solicitors’ profession for over two decades.
Elected to the Council of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association (DSBA) in 2005, he chaired the Litigation Committee for several years before serving as President of the DSBA in 2015.
He also represented the Association on the Council of the Law Society of Ireland for six years, where he contributed to the work of the Practice and Regulation Committee, the Insurance Committee, and the Family Law Committee.
Throughout his career, Aaron has remained committed to supporting the development of best practice within the legal profession and to the effective representation of solicitors’ interests at both local and national levels.
His practice continues to focus on the areas of civil litigation and family law, where he provides specialist legal services and pragmatic client advocacy.
