With over 25 years’ experience, Mr McCutcheon is an expert in residential development. He has advised on the acquisition, development and sale of some of the largest housing schemes in Ireland over the past decade.

Acting for many of the country’s leading developers, he has overseen the sale of thousands of residential units to private, public and institutional purchasers.
