Irish Legal History Society to take part Dublin Festival of History
The Irish Legal History Society is to take part in the Dublin Festival of History hosting a panel discussion on, ‘courts, crime and hidden lives in Dublin’ on 29 September.
The Dublin Festival of History, now in its fourteenth year, runs from 26 September to 11 October and focuses on history and its importance in our everyday lives.
The Society’s discussion will involve speakers Dr Coleman Dennehy, Dr Lynsey Black and Dr David Doyle to discussing their research into cases dating from 1640 to 1950. It will be chaired by Professor Niamh Howlin.
