#InPictures: McCann FitzGerald hosts latest Employment Law Association seminar

The Employment Law Association of Ireland’s (ELAI) latest seminar took place last night in the offices of McCann FitzGerald.
The ELAI said: “There was a great turnout and those in attendance were treated to really excellent, engaging and thought-provoking papers from Linda Hynes of Lewis Silkin and Desmond Ryan BL.”
Desmond Ryan BL reviewed the Court of Appeal decisions in Dillon v CUS and McCarthy v ISS, while Linda Hynes spoke about the proposed Employment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2017.
