#InPictures: Law Reform Commission welcomed to Leinster House

Via LinkedIn: “We were delighted to be welcomed to Leinster House yesterday by Dara Calleary TD, Minister for Social Protection, and members of his department, to mark the publication of the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005 Revised, alongside six sets of Regulations.
“This achievement was the result of a collaboration between the Department of Social Protection and the Law Reform Commission, with a shared goal of ensuring that complex legislation is accessible for all.
“The Minister also took the opportunity to note the recent publication of the first-ever Revised Act in Irish, Acht na dTeangacha Oifigiúla 2003, as Minister Calleary is also Minister for Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht.”
