In pictures: Sinead Fitzgerald lectures on financial aspects of family law at Law Society of Ireland

Ms Fitzgerald was lecturing at the Law Society Professional Advanced Family and Child Law Course on the financial aspects between parties when dissolving a family unit.

At CKT, she advises on all aspects of family law including judicial separation, divorce and private child law issues such as custody, access, guardianship and financial issues to include maintenance applications.

She has vast practical experience in all areas of litigation and extensive advocacy skills in the courts and focuses on providing practical, cost effective solutions to complex situations.
