In pictures… HOMS Solicitors congratulates client on stock exchange milestone

HOMS Solicitors has congratulated Yew Grove on its admission to the London Stock Exchange and Irish Stock Exchange.

Yew Grove is a newly incorporated Irish Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) which acquired the issued share capital of Yew Tree Investment Fund, a valued client of HOMS Solicitors.

Yew Grove was admitted to trading to the Alternative Investment Management, LLC of London Stock Exchange Group and the Euronext Enterprise Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange on Friday.

Its seed portfolio comprises 10 properties valued at approximately €25.9 million and its investment objective is to provide shareholders with good quality income from a portfolio of property comprising of well-tenanted commercial real estate in ‘strategic centres‘ around Ireland.

HOMS managing partner Harry Fehily and senior associate solicitor Lorraine Power visted Yew Grove to celebrate the milestone.

The firm also congratulated Ms Power, colleague Sandra Egan and others for “all the hard work in preparation for this great achievement”.
