And finally… pizza express

London is believed to be among a handful of cities where cocaine can be delivered faster than pizza, researchers have said.

Professor Adam R Winstock, founder of the Global Drug Survey, said new technology had revolutionised the black market for drugs.

“With all this in mind, we decided to look at efficiency and speed of drug delivery across the world. And to make a symbolic comparison, we’re using pizzas as a benchmark and, cocaine as the test,” he said.

According to his projections, London will join New York City and Berlin among cities where cocaine delivery is, on average, faster than pizza.

The finding is expected to be confirmed when the Global Drug Survey - the largest drug survey ever conducted, with more than 160,000 submissions from people in over 50 countries - is published in May.
