Donna O’Leary

Originally from Cork City, Ms O’Leary founded an AI consultancy in April 2025, after identifying a growing need for practical AI literacy and upskilling within the legal profession and other regulated sectors.

Her appointment marks the next stage of Newcode’s expansion in Dublin, with plans to fill 30 roles by the end of the year, and forms part of the company’s wider international expansion following a recent seed funding round of more than €6 million backed by Alliance VC, The LegalTech Fund, and other major investors.

Ms O’Leary said: “Getting to lead this chapter of the Newcode journey in Ireland is a huge privilege. I’m excited to build and lead a team that reflects the energy of the Irish legal market whilst harnessing the incredible local talent we have here.
