Dillon Eustace lawyers contribute Ireland chapter to international finance guide

Lawyers at Dillon Eustace have contributed a chapter on alternative finance to the International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG) to Lending & Secured Finance 2018.
Conor Houlihan, banking partner at the firm, and tax associate Richard Lacken authored the Ireland Q&A section of the sixth edition of the cross-border guide.
They received assistance from colleague Elaine Cummins, a solicitor in the banking and capital markets team.
The guide offers a practical insight into lending and secured finance in jurisdictions across the world.
