Angela Brennan

Ms Brennan brings legal and commercial experience to the role, having spent 16 years with Matheson in its disputes and investigations group.

During her time at Matheson, Ms Brennan advised clients on a wide range of complex aviation, contractual, insurance, negligence and technology disputes. She was one of the lead partners in the landmark Russian aviation litigation before the Commercial Court. Ms Brennan was named Aviation Lawyer of the Year at the Women in Business Law Awards EMEA in 2023 and was shortlisted for Thought Leader of the Year in 2026.

Ms Brennan also advised financial services and professional services clients on regulatory matters, corporate investigations, commercial and financial services disputes, as well as compliance and governance-related issues.
