Crowley Millar Solicitors promotes Emma Cafferky to partner

Dublin-based Crowley Millar Solicitors has announced the appointment of Emma Cafferky as a partner in the firm’s corporate and commercial team.

Ms Cafferky, based in the firm’s headquarters in the IFSC, joined Crowley Millar in 2017 and has over 10 years of legal experience.

She advises a broad base of Irish and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, cross border mergers, private equity fundraisings and investments, commercial contracts and corporate governance and compliance.

Ms Cafferky won a Lexology Client Choice award for General Corporate Law in Ireland in 2015 and is also admitted in New York.

She works closely with the firm’s commercial, property and litigation teams on all transactional matters to support the firm’s wider corporate practice.
