Mr Kelleher, an insurance lawyer, has specialist knowledge in employers’ liability, public liability, healthcare litigation and prosecutions, and data breach litigation.

Ms Toher, a healthcare litigator, is a key member of CKT’s healthcare and professional indemnity litigation team, with extensive experience defending professional and clinical negligence.

Mr White, an employment specialist, is an experienced advisor and advocate, advising employers in both the public and private sector in relation to employment disputes. He also has a specialist interest in data protection and life sciences.
