Aspiring solicitor Gavin Brady named Rose of Tralee Escort of the Year

An aspiring solicitor, Gavin Brady, has been named this year’s Escort of the Year at the Rose of Tralee.
The Cavan native, 26, has been escorting London Rose Ciara Fallon throughout the festival and was awarded the title of Escort of the Year on Monday evening.
Mr Brady, who graduated from DCU with a degree in economics, politics and law and is studying to become a solicitor, told The Journal that it had been a “great privilege” to be involved in the festival and commended the contestants as “great representation of Mná na hÉireann and the diaspora”.
He added that the experience had been “wonderful” and that he would “encourage any man to do it”.
