Cael Bell brought pro DJ equipment and lights to his underground party in the boys’ bathroom at St Antony’s Catholic College in Greater Manchester.

He circulated an invite to “all year 8 boys” via Snapchat a week in advance and offered free soft drinks and chocolate to revellers.

However, the unofficial school disco was broken up after just 30 minutes when teachers caught wind of the lunchtime stunt, The Mirror reports.

Teachers confiscated his equipment and called his parents, who said they “couldn’t help but see the funny side” and would not be punishing him.
