Eliodoro Estala, 32, has been charged with indecent exposure after neighbour Diana Vazquez turned over video footage which she said showed him consummating the unlikely dalliance.

Estala’s alleged relationship with the fence got off to a shaky start after his neighbour spied him urinating on it, but the pair evidently reconciled and, according to the police report, Estala “put his mouth inside the chain link fence and stuck his tongue out, moving it up and down”.

Finally, Vasquez said she saw Estala “stick his erected penis into the chain link fence” and begin to “have sex with the fence”.

A video purporting to show the offensive act was shown to police and led to his arrest.
