Marc Feren Claude Biart, sought on cocaine trafficking charges since 2014, had been sharing Italian cooking tips on a channel he started with his wife.

Although he hid his face in the videos, the 53-year-old was identified by police through his distinctive body tattoos, NBC reports.

This breakthrough led Italian police to track Mr Biart to the Dominican Republic, where he has now been arrested.

Believed to be a member of the notorious ‘Ndrangheta crime syndicate, it was his “love for Italian cuisine” that led to his downfall, police said.
