120 sex offenders living under supervision orders

There are 120 people being supervised by the Probation Service under a post release supervision order, it has been revealed.
Justice Minister Charlie Flanagan, responding to a Dáil question, released the total number of people supervised under part 5 of the Sex Offenders Act 2001.
Giving a regional breakdown, he revealed that 32 of them are in Dublin North and North East and a further 24 in Dublin South and Wicklow.
A total of 22 are in Midlands and South East, 19 in South West, and 23 in West and North West (including Westmeath).
