Solicitor sent for trial over alleged €268,000 property registration fraud

A solicitor is among three people who have been sent forward for trial in connection with an alleged €268,000 property registration fraud in Dublin.

Rathmines solicitor Herbert Kilcline has denied charges of money laundering and submitting false deeds to the Property Registration Authority (PRA), The Irish Times reports.

Accountant Matthew Murphy and property developer Philip Marley are also facing charges.

Books of evidence were served on all three at Dublin District Court yesterday. All three will face trial on indictment.
