Mason Hayes & Curran has announced the promotion of Niamh Keogh to partner in the firm’s tax team.
Ms Keogh, previously of counsel, advises domestic and international clients across all tax heads in a wide range of sectors.
Her experience includes advising on inward investment into Ireland, real estate and debt acquisition structures, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity listings and international tax structuring.
Commenting on her appointment, John Gulliver, head of the tax team, said: “I am delighted to announce Niamh’s appointment as a partner.
“Her work on complex tax matters marks her out as an expert who delivers strategic, commercially-driven advice to clients, delivering real value to their organisations.”

Ms Keogh has lectured and tutored for professional bodies, including the Irish Tax Institute and Chartered Accountants Ireland.
