Mason Hayes & Curran appoints William Dillon-Leetch as corporate partner

Mr Dillon-Leech’s practice includes mergers & acquisitions, corporate advisory work, fundraisings, venture capital, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and IPOs.

He advises a broad range of domestic and international clients in the energy, pharmaceutical, technology, finance, aviation and real estate sectors.

A graduate of Trinity College Dublin and the London School of Economics, Mr Dillon-Leetch spent time with a global US law firm in Sydney and also worked with another major Irish law firm prior to joining Mason Hayes & Curran.
