Introducing Irish Legal Guide

Irish Legal Guide is designed to make the law simple and accessible. It provides a concise yet comprehensive summary of each area of Irish law.

Irish Legal Guide enables the user to gain a detailed insight into the chosen topic in the shortest time. It presents the key areas and concepts in short focused chapters. The chapters are quickly navigable within an intuitive index. Each chapter is organised and indexed into pages which cover a distinct issue.

Irish Legal Guide can be used as a bridge to understanding the primary legal sources. Each chapter arranges and indexes the relevant legislation, sample case law and other legal sources so that the user can explore the chosen topic further.

Irish Legal Guide is a growing Encyclopaedia of Irish law. Its content has been written in full to cover all areas of law, tax and regulation. The principal areas of law relevant to business and trading are now available, comprising over 10,000 pages of material with a further 25,000 pages of legislation and case law.

Irish legal guide is subscription website. An introductory offer of €40 for three months’ and €120 for one year’s service is available. Irish Legal Guide has been written by Paul McMahon who has more than 25 years’ experience as a practising solicitor. He is also a practising tax consultant and practised for many years as an England and Wales Solicitor.

Paul has also published two free websites: Brexit Legal, containing over 300 articles on Brexit related issues; and UK Law (An Irish Overview), containing over 400 articles on doing business in the UK from an Irish perspective.
